It's a tough go out there right now, and there's not a quick fix for your revenue issues. You're going to need to step back from your daily motions and flex some muscles that you may not have for a while. 

Do some work with your team to be as specific as possible about:

  • who you are 

  • the problems you solve 

  • how you solve them

  • who has those issues

These are things you've been taking for granted, and you can no longer afford to do that in the noisy world we're living in right now.

If you want to cut through that noise and reach your prospects as a trusted advisor, you need to speak their language with a clinical level of empathy.

Fortunately, this isn't a short-term solution. This is how you make sales (and customers) for life.
